GEORGIA HAS GONE OVER ITS BANKS NEAR THE GEORGIA HIGH BRIDGE AND
TRAYAH ROAD.
 
CHESTER POLICE ALSO REPORT THAT THE NORTH BRANCH OF THE WILLIAMS RIVER
IN CHESTER VILLAGE IS OVER ITS BANKS WITH WATER ONTO ROUTE 103.
