FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  645 PM EST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION......
 
IN NORTHEAST NEW YORK
 
   ...CLINTON COUNTY
 
AT 135 PM FLOODING WAS REPORTED ALONG THE SARANAC RIVER IN THE TOWN OF
SARANAC. SEVERAL ROADS WERE COVERED WITH WATER JUST OFF RTE 3.
AMMEL ROAD WAS COVERED WITH 1 FOOT OF WATER. FIELD FLOODING WAS
ALSO OCCURRING ALONG THE RIVER.
 
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROxSS SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY. YOU SHOULD MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
