FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...
 
IN SOUTHWEST VERMONT
          ...BENNINGTON
 
WATER LEVELS ALONG THE BATTEN KILL AND WALLOOMSAC RIVERS CONTINUE TO
RISE. FLOODING OF FIELDS HAS BEEN REPORTED. WITH RAIN CONTINUING
OVERNIGHT...ALL RESIDENTS ALONG THESE RIVERS SHOULD BE ALERT FOR
ADDITIONAL FLOODING.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY. BE PREPARED TO TAKE ACTION AND MOVE TO HIGHER
