FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  115 AM EST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...
 
IN NORTHWEST VERMONT
          ...FRANKLIN
 
THE LAMOILLE RIVER HAS FLOODED FIELDS AND ROADS IN SOUTHERN FRANKLIN
COUNTY INCLUDING ROUTE 104. THE RED CROSS REPORTS THE ROAD IS COVERED
WITH WATER IN AREAS NEAREST TO THE RIVER. ALSO THE MISSISQUOI RIVER
WAS REPORTED TO BE OVER ITS BANKS AND FLOODING NEAR ENOSBURG FALLS AND
SHELDON.
 
 
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO

ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
