FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  100 AM EST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...
 
IN WEST CENTRAL VERMONT
          ...ADDISON
 
THE OTTER CREEK HAS GONE OVER ITS BANKS AND IS FLOODING FIELDS AND
SOME ROADS. THE RED CROSS REPORTS MINOR FLOODING IN SALISBURY AND ALSO
NEW HAVEN FROM THE OTTER CREEK. ROUTE 116 IS COVERED WITH WATER IN
SPOTS FROM THE LEWIS CREEK.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
