THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS CONNTINUED A FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE
UNTIL 900 AM EST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES.

   IN THE STATE OF NEW YORK
      ST. LAWRENCE AND NORTHWEST FRANKLIN

AT 5 AM STATE POLICE REPORT THAT FLOODING WAS STILL OCCURING AT BRASHER
FALLS ON THE ST REGIS RIVER. NO IMPROVEMENT IS LIKELY UNTIL THE ICE JAM
BLOCKING THE RIVER BREAKS UP.

IF THIS OCCURS TOO QUICKLY LOCATIONS DOWNSTREAM MAY BE SUBJECT TO RAPID
FLOODING AND ADDITIONAL ICE JAMS MAY DEVELOP.

IF YOU LIVE ALONG THIS RIVER BE PARTICULARLY ALERT FOR RAPID CHANGES
