AT 250 PM MDT RADAR INDICATED A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WITH HEAVY RAINS
NEAR ROY. THIS STORM WAS DRIFTING SLOWLY SOUTHEASTWARD. THE PUBLIC
ALSO REPORTED VERY HEAVY RAIN BETWEEN ROY AND MOSQUERO.
 
A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
IMMINENT.  MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.  DO NOT
ATTEMPT TO CROSS ARROYOS...DIPS...OR LOW SPOTS IF WATER COVERS%
THE ROADWAY.  NEVER TRY TO CROSS A FLOWING STREAM OR ARROYOS...EVEN
