AT 135 PM MDT THE OBSERVER IN JEMEZ SPRINGS REPORTED 2.00 INCHES OF
RAIN IN 40 MINUTUES WITH SOME FLASH FLOODING REPORTED. RADAR SHOWED
STRONG THUNDERSTORMS IN THIS AREA. LITTLE MOVEMENT WAS NOTED WITH
THESE THUNDERSTORMS.

PERSON LIVING IN THE NORTHERN TWO-THIRD OF SANDOVAL COUNTY SHOULD BE
PREPARED TO MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY IF FLOODING IS OBSERVED.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
