SMALL STREAM AND URBAN FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  515 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...
 
IN CENTRAL OHIO
          ...FAIRFIELD
 
AT 310 PM EDT THE COLUMBUS WEATHER RADAR SHOWED A THUNDERSTORM OVER
NORTHEASTERN FAIRFIELD COUNTY. THIS THUNDERSTORM HAS BEEN NEARLY
STATIONARY IN THE BALTIMORE.. THURSTON AREA FOR THE PAST HOUR
PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL. FLOODING OF LOW LYING .. SMALL STREAMS
AND OTHER FLOOD PRONE AREAS ARE POSSIBLE UNTIL 5PM EDT.
 
 
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
