WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 815 AM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE SOUTH CENTRAL PART OF MINNESOTA
      EASTERN MARTIN...WESTERN FARIBAULT

THIS WARNING INCLUDES THE COMMUNITIES OF FAIRMONT...WINNEBAGO...AND
BLUE EARTH.

WEATHER SERVICE RADAR LOCATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM JUST WEST OF
FAIRMONT IN MARTIN COUNTY.

THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING TO THE EAST AT 35 MILES AN HOUR.
