THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 415 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE SOUTH CENTRAL PART OF MINNESOTA
      EASTERN FARIBAULT...FREEBORN

THIS WARNING INCLUDES THE TOWN OF ALBERT LEA MINNESOTA.

AT 315 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 20 MILES
EAST OF FAIRMONT NEAR THE TOWNS OF BLUE EARTH AND BRICELYN.
THE STORM WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

IF YOU ARE IN AN AREA THREATENED BY THE STORM...GO TO A REINFORCED
SHELTER AND PREPARE FOR DAMAGING WIND...LARGE HAIL...VERY HEAVY
RAIN...AND LIGHTNING.

REMEMBER...SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE
TORNADOES WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE WARNING.  BE ON THE LOOKOUT.

  A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 800 PM CDT FOR
  A SMALL PART OF EXTREME SOUTHERN MINNESOTA NEAR THE IOWA
  BORDER.
