FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  130 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...
 
IN SOUTH ALABAMA
          ...MONTGOMERY
 
RADAR AT MONTGOMERY SHOWED THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN OVER THE
CITY AND TO THE WEST OF THE CITY MOVING TOWARD THE EAST AT ABOUT
15 MILES AN HOUR. AT THE AIRPORT 2.63 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN
AT THE AIRPORT AND MORE IS LIKELY ON THE WAY BEFORE THE AFTERNOON
