FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  730 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
 
IN SOUTH ALABAMA
          ...ELMORE...MONTGOMERY
 
NUMEROUS THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAIN CONTINUED TO TRAIN
ACROSS MONTGOMERY AND ELMORE COUNTIES AT 530 AM. SATELLITE AND RADAR
INDICATIONS SUGGEST THAT RAINFALL RATES OF MORE THAN AN INCH PER HOUR
ARE OCCURRING ACROSS THESE COUNTIES. SINCE THE GROUND IS ALREADY
SATURATED THIS ADDITIONAL RAINFALL WILL LIKELY CAUSE FLASH FLOODING.
 
DO NO.T DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
