A TORNADO WATCH CONTINUES UNTIL MIDNIGHT FOR SOUTHEAST TEXAS.

AT 7PM RADAR SHOWED ALL OF THE STRONG THUNDERSTQORMS LOCATED WELL TO
THE NORTH OF THE GOLDEN TRIANGLE.  THE CLOSEST STORM WAS NEAR LUFKIN.
THE STORMS WERE MOVING TO THE EAST AT 15 TO 20 MPH AND POSE NO
IMMEDIATE THREAT TO THE UPPER TEXAS COAST.

THUNDERSTORM IS MOVING TOWARD ALEXANDRIA AN PINEVILLE
AREAS...EXPECT HEAVY RAIN...STRONG GUSTY WINDS AND POSSIBLY
HAIL FROM THIS THUNDERSTORM AS IT MOVES THROUGH CENTRAL
LOUISIANA...PERSONS IN CENTRAL LOUISIANA SHOULD BE ALERT AND
IF THREATENING WEATHER APPROACHES TAKE NECESSARY ACTION

4 MILES NORTH OF LEESVILLE. DAMAGE SEVERAL HOMES AND DAMAGE
TO CRIPPLED CHILDERN CAMP. NO INJURES REPORTED.

A TORNADO WATCH CONTINUES UNTIL MIDNIGHT FOR EAST AND SOUTHEAST TEXAS.

AT 810 PM RADAR SHOWED NUMEROUS STRONG THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS ANGELINA
COUNTY INTO SAM RAYBURN RESERVOIR TO SABINE COUNTY AND TOLEDO BEND
RESERVOIR.  THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING TO THE EAST AT 30 MPH.

THESE THUNDERSTORMS ARE CABABLE OF PRODUCING HEAVY RAINFALL WITH THE
POSSIBILITY OF LOW LAND AND URBAN STREET FLOODING.

RESIDENTS IN THE EAST TEXAS LAKES AREA AND SOUTHEAST TEXAS SHOULD STAY
ALERT TO RAPIDLY CHANGING WEATHER CONDITIONS AND BE PREPARED TO SEEK
SAFE SHELTER.
