FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  945 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...
 
IN SOUTHEAST TEXAS

VERY HEAVY RAINS ACROSS SOUTHEAST TEXAS THROUGH THE NIGHT HAVE CAUSED
FLASH FLOODING TO OCCUR IN ORANGE COUNTY THIS TUESDAY MORNING.
 
RAINFALL OF UP TO 8 INCHES  HAS FLOODED A NUMBER OF STREETS AND ROADS
IN ORANGE COUNTY.
 
WIND SPEEDS HAVE BEEN ESTIMATED NEAR 45 MPH IN AND NEAR BRIDGE CITY.
 
DO NOT TRAVEL UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY.
