SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 615 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
IN NORTHWEST GEORGIA
...NORTHERN CLAYTON...DOUGLAS...SOUTHERN FULTON
THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS OVER NORTH FULTON AND SOUTH COBB COUNTIES
HAVE MOVED SOUTHWARD INTO DOUGLAS...SOUTH FULTON AND NORTH CLAYTON
COUNTIES AT 530 PM. AROUND 515 PM NICKEL SIZED HAIL WAS REPORTED BY AN
OFF DUTY NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE EMPLOYEE IN DOUGLASVILLE. THESE
THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING SOUTHWARD AT 10 MPH. THE HEAVY RAIN
ASSOCIATED WITH THESE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BRING SOME LOCAL FLOODING OF
STREETS AND SMALL STREAMS.
