THE TORNADO WATCH ISSUED EARLIER FOR THE TEXAS HILL COUNTRY AND ADJACENT EDWARD PLATEAU HAS BEEN EXTENDED UNTIL 400 AM EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING. THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPED DURING THE EVENING HOURS OVER NORTHEASTERN MEXICO AND HAVE MOVED INTO THE WESTERN TEXAS HILL COUNTRY AND EDWARDS PLATEAU FROM DEL RIO TO JUNCTION.
