TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  430 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...
 
IN NORTHWEST FLORIDA
          ...SOUTHERN WALTON
 
WALTON COUNTY CIVIL DEFENSE REPORTED A FUNNEL CLOUD NEAR FREEPORT
FLORIDA AT 315 PM CDT. RADAR INDICATED SEVERAL LIGHT AND MODERTE
RAINSHOWERS IN THE AREA THAT WERE MOVING TO THE NORTH AT 35 MPH.
 
ALTHOUGH THE CLOUD CONDITIONS IN THE WALTON COUNTY AREA WOULD NOT
NORMALLY PRODUCE FUNNEL CLOUD ACTIVITY...THE FLORIDA PANHANDLE IS UNDERTHE INFULUENCE OF A SOMEWHkAT TROPICAL AIRMASS THAT CAN AND WILL LIKELY
PRODUCE SOME FUNNEL ACTIVITY. SOME OF THE FUNNELS THAT THESE
RAINSHOWERS PRODUCE MAY REACH THE EARTH`S SURFACE AND BECOME A
DEADLY AND DAMAGING TORNADO.
