THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SALT LAKE CITY HAS ISSUED A
FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  730 PM MDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...
 
IN SOUTHWEST UTAH
          ...SOUTHERN WASHINGTON
 
RADAR AND SPOTTER REPORTS INDICATE THAT A VERY HEAVY THUNDERSTORMS IS
CURRENTLY MOVING THROUTH SOUTHERN WASHINGTON COUNTY. REPORTS OF UP TO
TWO FEET OF WATER OVER HIGHWAY 9 IN SPOTS AND HEAVY RAIN OCCURRING
UNDER THE STORM HAVE BEEN RECEIVED.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
 
A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
IMMINENT.  MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.0  DO NOT
