HEAVY THUNDERSTORM RAINS HAVE BEEN FALLING OVER WESTERN EDDY COUNTY
SINCE 700 PM MDT. THE THUNDERSTORMS RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE HEAVY RAINS
ARE SLOW MOVING...THUS MAKING FLASH FLOODING PROBABLE.  THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD...AND THOSE PARTS OF EDDY COUNTY TO THE WEST AND NORTH OF
CARLSBAD ARE THE MOST LIKELY AREAS FOR FLASH FLOODING IN THE NEXT
FEW HOURS.
