FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  515 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...

AT 310 PM CDT...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUED TO PRODUCE HEAVY RAIN
OVER BANDERA AND SOUTHEASTERN KERR COUNTIES. RIVERS AND CREEKS ARE
REPORTED NEAR OR OVER FLOOD STAGE AND LOW WATER CROSSINGS ARE FLOODED.
 
RAIN TOTALS OF 6 TO 8 INCHES WITH LOCALIZED AMOUNTS NEAR 10 INCHES
HAVE BEEN REPORTED OVER BANDERA AND KERR COUNTIES.  THE THUNDERSTORMS
ARE MOVING SLOWLY TO THE NORTHEAST.
