ALONG AND TO THE WEST OF THE HAR RIVER. THE STORM WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST

COASTAL PLAINS. THE STRONGEST STORMS WERE IN ALAMANCE..DURHAM...
ORANGE...CHATHAM AND WAKE COUNTIES.

A LINE OF HEAVY THUNDERSTORMS IN ALAMANCE AND CHATHAM COUNTIES ALONG
THE HAW RIVER BASIN IS PRODUCING HEAVY RAINS. THUS THIS COULD CAUSE
RAPID RISE ALONG THE HAW RIVER FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS.

ALL STORMS WERE MOVING TO THE SOUTHEAST ABOUT 15 MILES AN HOUR.
