AT 210 PM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWED SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED HEAVY THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE PIEDMONT AND CENTRAL COASTAL PLAINS. THE STRONGEST STORMS WERE IN THE NORTHEAST PIEDMONT IN WAKE...DURHAM AND ORANGE COUNTIES. THESE STORMS ARE MOVING TO THE SOUTHEAST ABOUT 15 MILES AN HOUR.
