THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 415 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTY OF

EAST CENTRAL MINNESOTA...
 ISANTI


AT 335 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS INDICATED BY RADAR
MOVING INTO SOUTHWEST ISANTI COUNTY. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS
LOCATED 38 MILES NORTHWEST OF DOWNTOWN MINNEAPOLIS AND WAS
MOVING EAST AT 40 MILES AN HOUR.

THIS THUNDERSTORM WILL MOVE THROUGH THE CITIES OF ISANTI AND
CAMBRIDGE MINNESOTA.

TREES AND POWER LINES WERE REPORTED DOWN IN BECKER MINNESOTA
WITH THIS THUNDERSTORM...ALSO WINDS GUSTED TO 58 MPH AT THE
ST CLOUD AIRPORT AT 310 PM CDT.

REMEMBER SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 60
MPH..DESTRUCTIVE HAIL..DEADLY LIGHTNING AND VERY HEAVY RAIN. ALSO
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMLS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE A TORNADO WITH
LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE WARNING..SO BE ON THE LOOKOUT AND BE PREPARED
TO MOVE TO A PLACE OF SAFETY IF ONE IS SPOTTED.
