EFFECTIVE UNTIL 700 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES OF

NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA...SOUTHERN ARTHUR AND NORTH CENTRAL KEITH

RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO ABOUT 2 MILES EAST OF LEMOYNE IN KEITH
COUNTY OF NEBRASKA MOVING EAST AT 10 MPH. INCLUDING COMMUNITY OF
KEYSTONE.

IF YOU ARE NEAR THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO...YOU SHOULD GO TO A
BASEMENT SHELTER IF AVAILABLE.  OTHERWISE GO TO A CENTRAL ROOM ON
THE LOWEST FLOOR POSSIBLE.  ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES FOR A
REINFORCED BUILDING.
