THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 700 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY OF

NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA...SOUTHERN ARTHUR

RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO ABOUT 15 MILES SOUTHWEST OF
MOVING EAST AT 10 MPH.

IF YOU ARE NEAR THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO...YOU SHOULD GO TO A
BASEMENT SHELTER IF AVAILABLE.  OTHERWISE GO TO A CENTRAL ROOM ON
THE LOWEST FLOOR POSSIBLE.  ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES FOR A
REINFORCED BUILDING.
