WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 630 PM MDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTY OF

NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA...EASTERN CHERRY

AT 630 PM CDT A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS 30 MILES SOUTHWEST OF
VALENTINE NEBRASKA IN EASTERN CHERRY COUNTY NEAR BROWNLEE. THIS
STORM WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MILES AN HOUR.

THESE STORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE A TORNADO WITH LITTLE
OR NO WARNING...SO BE ON THE LOOKOUT.

PEOPLE IN THE WARNED AREA SHOULD GET INTO A REINFORCED SHELTER AND
PREPARE FOR DAMAGING WINDS...LARGE HAIL...VERY HEAVY RAIN...AND
DANGEROUS LIGHTNING.

SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE LARGE HAIL...GREATER THAN 3/4 INCH
IN DIAMETER...DAMAGING WINDS AND VERY HEAVY RAINS THAT CAN QUICKLY
FLOOD A LOW LYING AREA.

PERSONS DRIVING IN THE WARNED AREA SHOULD WATCH OUT FOR WATER OVER
ROADS...IN UNDERPASSES AND NEAR SMALL STREAIMS.
