MODERATE TO OCCASIONALLY HEAVY THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED ACROSS
BEXAR COUNTY FOR THE NEXT TWO OR THREE HOURS.  THE GROUND IS SOAKED
SO ANY RAIN THAT FALLS WILL FILL STREETS AND DRAINAGE AREAS ONCE
AGAIN.
