THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 730 AM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY OF

TEXAS...TRAVIS

THE WESTLAKE HILLS POLICE DEPT HAS REPORTED ALL ROADS
CLOSED IN THEIR AREA DUE TO HIGH WATER. THEY REPORTED
NEARLY TWO INCHES OF RAINFALL WITHIN THE PAST TWO HOUR.

THE NATION WEATHER SERVICE HAS RECORDED NEARLY ONE INCH
OF RAINFALL IN THE PAST HOUR.

THIS IS A DANGEROUS SITUATION.  TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION.

REMEMBER THAT DEATHS DURING FLASH FLOODING ARE OFTEN RELATED TO
MOTORISTS DRIVING THROUGH FLOODED LOW WATER CROSSINGS.
