JONES COUNTIES IN EAST CENTRAL IOWA.

THE STRONGEST STORMS WERE LOCATED NORTH OF MANCHESTER AND NEAR RYAN
IN DELAWARE COUNTY 35 MILES WEST OF DUBUQUE...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT
15 MILES AN HOUR.

REPORTS OF WIND 40 TO 50 MPH AND HEAVY RAIN OCCURRED AS THE STORMS
MOVED THROUGH THE WESTERN PART OF DELAWARE COUNTY.
