AT 520 PM CDT A VERY STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WAS LOCATED ABOUT 75 MILES SOUTHWEST OF GARDEN CITY. THIS THUNDERSTORM CENTER WAS OVER OPTIMA OKLAHOMA AND SPREAD OVER THE SOUTHERN PORTION OF STEVENS COUNTY 8 MILES SOUTH OF HOUGOTON KANSAS. THIS THUNDERSTORMS WAS GAINING STRENGTH AS IT BUILDS AND WAS SLOWLY MOVING EAST. STEVENS COUNTY IS INCLUDED IN A TORNADO WATCH AREA TILL 9 PM THIS EVENING. PERSONS IN SOUTHERN STEVENS COUNTY AND SOUTHERN SEWARD COUNTY SHOULD KEEP ALERT TO RAPIDLY CHANGING WEATHER. TORNADOS CAN FORM WITH LITTLE IF ANY WARNING. NOLLER
