THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 230 AM CST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES OF

ARKANSAS...FRANKLIN AND MADISON

AT 0130AM   RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS
FROM JUST EAST OF FAYETTEVILLE ARKANSAS TO FT SMITH ARKANSAS
MOVING TOWARD THE EAST AT 50 MILES AN HOUR. WIND DAMAGE HAS
BEEN REPORTED IN THE PAST FEW MINUTES WITH THESE THUNDERSTORMS

A TORNADO WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 AM FOR EASTERN
OKLAHOMA AND WESTERN ARKANSAS UNTIL 5 AM CST.
