A TORNADO WATCH IS IN EFFECT FOR EASTERN OKLAHOMA AND WESTERN ARKANSAS UNTIL 5 AM THIS MONDAY MORNING. LARGE HAIL AND STRONG SURFACE WINDS MAY OCCUR WITH THIS STORM.
