THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 700 PM CST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY OF


SOUTHWEST MISSOURI...NEWTON

AT 610PM CST RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO OVER NORTHWEST
NEWTON COUNTY IN THE VICINITY OF SENECA OR ABOUT 20 MILES SOUTH
OF JOPLIN.

IF THREATENING WEATHER APPROACHES..YOU SHOULD GO TO A SAFE PLACE
IMMEDIATELY AND RELAY YOUR SEVERE WEATHER REPORTS TO THE NEAREST
LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY.

IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO...YOU SHOULD GO TO A
BASEOMENT SHELTER IF AVAILABLE.  OTHERWISE GO TO A CENTRAL
INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR POSSIBLE.  CARS AND MOBILE
