THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 630 PM CDT  FOR PERSONS IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES OF

CENTRAL MINNESOTA..MEEKER INCLUDING THE CITIES OF ROSENDALE AND
LITCHFIELD


AT 530 PM RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IN WEST MEEKER COUNTY
OF MINNESOTA..50 WEST OF MINNEAPOLIS. THIS  DANGEROUS THUNDERSTORM
WAS MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.

SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN PRODUCE VERY HEAVY RAIN..HAIL AND DAMAGING
WINDS.

  IF THREATENING WEATHER APPROACHES..YOU SHOULD GO TO A SAFE PLACE
IMMEDIATELY..AND YOU SHOULD ASK THE NEAREST LAW ENFORCEMEN3T AGENCY TO

AT 330 PM RADAR SHOWED THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPING IN WESTERN MINNESOTA
AND MOVING EAST NORTHEAST AT 35 MILE AN HOUR.  A LARGE THUNDERSTORM
CONTAINING VERY HEAVY RAIN..HAIL AND BRIEF GUSTY WINDS WAS MOVING
ACROSS THE EXTREME SOUTH PORTION OF MEEKER COUNTY SOUTH OF THE CITY
OF COSMOS APPROACHING THE CITY OF CEDAR MILLS MINNESOTA IN SOUTH
CENTRAL MEEKER COUNTY.
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNINGS ARE IN EFFECT FOR THE COUNTIES SOUTH OF
