THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 830 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY OF

NORTHWEST TEXAS...FLOYD

AT 525 PM CDT RADAR WAS SHOWING AN AREA OF RAIN AND THUNDER-
STORMS...WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL...CENTERED OVER FLOYD
COUNTY. THE FLOYD COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE REPORTED THAT HIGH-
WAYS IN THE LOCKNEY AREA OF NORTHWESTERN FLOYD COUNTY WERE
UNDER WATER IN MANY AREAS AND THAT TRAFFIC WAS BEING
DISRUPTED. MORE HEAVY RAIN MOVING INTO THE LOCKNEY AREA SHOULD
CONTINUE ANOTHER 30 TO 45 MINUTES.
