THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1200 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES OF

SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS...ATASCOSA...BEXAR...FRIO...MEDINA AND ZAVALA

HEAVY RAINFALL HAS PRODUCED RAINFALL AMOUNTS BETWEEN 2 AND 4 INCHES
WITH ISOLATED REPORTS OF 5 TO 7 INCHES ACROSS THE ABOVE COUNTIES.
FLASH FLOODING ACROSS FRIO..ZAVALA AND ATASCOSA COUNTIES CONTINUES.
FLASH FLOODING IS IMMINENT ACROSS MEDINA AND BEXAR COUNTIES.  WATER
IS REPORTED STARTING TO COVER ROADS OVER NORTHWESTERN BEXAR COUNTY.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR HAS BEEN
REPORTED.  TAKE NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS AS REQUIRED TO PROTECT LIFE
AND PROPERTY.
