SOUTHWEST KANSAS.. HODGEMAN RADAR INDICATES A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IN THE EXTREME NORTHWEST CORNER OF HODGEMAN COUNTY MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25MPH. HAILSTON%ES 1 INCH IN DIAMETER HAVE FALLEN 12 MILES NORTHWEST OF JETMORE. THIS STORM WILL LIKELY PRODUCE FREQUENT..DANGEROUS LIGHTNING..LARGE HAIL..AND DAMAGING WINDS. GO TO A SAFE PLACE IMMEDIATELY. AT THE PRESENT TIME STRONGEST STORMS ARE IN FINNEY COUNTY. SHORTLY AFTER 5PM CDT HEAVY RAIN... LIMITING VISIBILITY BRIEFLY TO 1/2 MILE...AND WINDS GUSTING TO 53MPH...WERE REPORTED FROM THE AIRPORT AT GARDEN CITY. THIS LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS IS MOVING SLOWLY TO THE EAST.
