000 TTAA00 KDDC 110005 SVRDDC KSC075-110209- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DODGE CITY KS 704 PM CDT WED SEP 10 1986 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 700 PM MDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES... SOUTHWEST KANSAS..HAMILTON RADAR INDICATES A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM MOVING INTO WESTERN HAMILTON COUNTY KS OUT OF EASTERN COLORADO. THIS STORM IS 10 MILES WEST OF SYRACUSE KS.. MOVING TO THE EAST-NORTHEAST AT 20MPH. THIS STORM WILL LIKELY PRODUCE FREQUENT..DANGEROUS LIGHTNING..LARGE HAIL..AND DAMAGING WINDS. GO TO A SAFE PLACE IMMEDIATELY. SPECIAL WEATHER STATEMENT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DODGE CITY KS 340 PM CDT WED SEP 10 1986 THUNDERSTORMS HAVE BEGUN BUILDING RAPIDLY DURING THE PAST HOUR IN EASTERN PORTIONS OF SOUTHWEST KANSAS. AT 330 PM CDT THE ACTIVITY IS LIMITED TO A SINGLE STORM MASS JUST TO THE SOUTH AND SOUTHWEST OF DODGE CITY IN NORTHEASTERN MEADE AND NORTHWEST CLARK COUNTIES. AT THE PRESENT TIME THERE IS NO INDICATION OF SEVERE ACTIVITY WITH THE DEVELOPING STORM7S. MOVEMENT OF THE INDIVIDUAL THUNDERSTORM CELLS IS NORTHEAST AT 25MPH.
