FULTON AT 620 PM A SKYWARN OBSERVER REPORTED WINDS GREATER THAN 60 MPH WITH NUMEROUS TREES DOWN NEAR BRYAN. THE STORMS WAS MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH. THESE THUNDERSTORMS MAY PRODUCE LARGE HAIL..
