A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH COVERS THAT PART OF OHIO WEST OF A SANDUSKY-BUCYRUS LINE AND NORTH OF A BUCYRUS TO RICHMOND, INDIANA LINE. THE WATCH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11:00 PM EDT.
