EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1200 AM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY OF

WEST CENTRAL LOWER MICHIGAN...NORTHWEST OCEANA

THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR PERSONS DOWNSTREAM FROM THE HART DAM
ON THE PENTWATER RIVER IS EXTENDED UNTIL 1200AM EDT..MIDNIGHT.
ALTHOUGH THE MAIN SURGE OF FLOODWATER HAS REACHED PENTWATER...
FLOODING WILL CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS.

ABOUT 915PM EDT THE SOUTHBOUND U.S. 31 BRIDGE ON THE SOUTH BRANCH
OF THE PENTWATER RIVER WAS WASHEDm OUT.
