Parker Lake fire was ignited by a lightning strike in the early morning hours of Sunday August 23, 2026. It is located in Long Creek Canyon 20 miles northwest of Bonners Ferry, ID of Kootenai River Valley. The status of this fire is unlikely to change until a season-ending weather event occurs.
