The Japan Meteorological Agency early Thursday lifted its low-risk advisory for a tsunami along the coasts of Fukushima and Miyagi prefectures. Tsunami waves as high as 30 centimeters reached shore in Ishinomaki, Miyagi Prefecture. (reference #13197)
