Reports from two independent witnesses said that they observed the "unusual surge", one of them - from the house on the sea coast in Petites Anses (Terre-de-Bas, Les Saintes), and the second one - in the boat near the small island Le Coche, south-east from Terre-de-Bas. (reference #7278)
