1896, October 16. Ligurian Sea, Italy. A very strong earthquake occurred in San Remo and Oneglia. Ships in the port of Savons felt a blow. The focus of the shock was possibly located in the sea between San Remo and Oneglia. The sea became rough twice in Sun Remo. (reference #2130)
