1862, March 18. Ligurian Sea, France, Nice. Vibration of the ground was felt in Nice every day from March 5 till March 18. It was more intensive on March 8, 16 and very intensive on March 18. All buildings were in movement. An approaching wave was observed at 21h on March 18. (reference #2130)
