1830, September 16. There were several strong shocks at Manila during a colla or a typhoon. The river left its banks and some of the suburbs of the capital were flooded (Perrey, 1860 b; Maso, 1926; Repetti, 1946). validity P (possible = from available data, it is difficult to judge whether it was a tsunami or some other phenomenon, such as a seiche, a seaquake, wind tide, etc., which was observed))
