- Tornado and Hail in Utah, August 11, 1993Thunderstorms that developed over the northeast portion of Utah produced a high elevation tornado, large hail, and microburst winds. The tornado occurred in the extreme eastern portion of the county in the Ashley National Forest.
- Tornadoes and Flash Flooding in Utah, September 21 to 22, 2016A strong and moist Pacific storm brought widespread precipitation and severe weather to Utah. Two tornadoes were reported on September 22, and other significant impacts included strong gusty winds, large hail, and widespread flash flooding.
- Flash Flooding and Hail in Utah, July 17 to 19, 2023A shift in the atmospheric pattern from mid to late July brought an array of impacts to much of Utah, including severe thunderstorm wind gusts, large hail, and flash flooding.

- Flash Flooding and Flooding in Utah, August 1 to 4, 2023A deep monsoonal event impacted Utah at the beginning of August. Each of these days across northern Utah, widespread thunderstorms and flooding impacted the region. Very heavy rainfall impacted West Valley City, Honeyville, and Draper in particular.
- Hail and Damaging Winds in Utah, August 12, 1997Severe thunderstorms developed on this date across northern Utah. A semi-trailer was blown over on I-70 just south of Green River. 3/4" diameter hail was reported in Kanosh and on Johnson's Pass near Dugway.
- Flash Flooding and Hail in Utah, August 18 to 22, 2011The flash flooding threat began again in the middle of the month, with the largest flash floods in Capitol Reef National Park and along the Escalante River. Isolated large hail was reported with a couple of storms, and cloud-to-ground lightning struck a couple individuals.

- Flash Flooding and Debris Flow in Utah, October 2, 2022Significant clearing late in the morning resulted in the development of high instability across eastern Utah. This, paired with upper level support and ample moisture, produced strong to severe thunderstorms across the area in the late afternoon and early evening hours.

- Hail in Utah, October 5, 1994A cold upper level trough moved across northern Utah this day. The first of two severe thunderstorms moved northward through the Salt Lake Valley dropping 0.75-inch hail at the NWSFO Salt Lake, and surrounding area.
- Tornado and Flash Flooding in Utah, June 17 to 19, 2022A widespread high wind event across Utah was followed by strong thunderstorms associated with a system spanning a three-day period. These storms produced numerous instances of severe wind gusts, in addition to a tornado, a report of hail, and flash flooding.
- Flash Flooding and Debris Flow in Utah, September 10 to 14, 2013A Pacific storm system, combined with deep subtropical moisture, produced widespread heavy precipitation across Utah. This led to flooding across many parts of the state, with significant damages reported in several locations.
- Hail and Damaging Winds in Utah, August 26, 1998A severe thunderstorm outbreak left damage in its wake across northern Utah. Large hail, microburst winds and heavy rain were reported in several counties. The largest hail of 1 1/4" fell in Alpine. A microburst wind to 70 mph (61kts) was measured in Kaysville.
- Flash Flooding and Hail in Utah, September 1 to 2, 2012The deep monsoonal moisture that moved into Utah at the end of August remained in place for the beginning of September. This moist airmass produced widespread showers and thunderstorms, with several of them becoming severe or producing flash floods.

- Flash Flooding and Hail in Utah, July 14 to 16, 2012Additional low and mid-level moisture moved into the state of Utah on July 14th through 16th. Organized thunderstorms formed across much of the state, producing gusty winds, large hail, and widespread flash flooding.
