- Flash Flooding in Utah, September 14, 2015Multiple strong thunderstorms producing heavy rainfall moved through southwest Utah on September 14, creating significant flash flooding in Hildale, Utah and Zion National Park.
- Tornado and Flash Flooding in Utah, July 24 to 28, 2021An active monsoon surge brought several back-to-back days of thunderstorms producing heavy rain, damaging wind gusts, and hail across the state.
- Flash Flood and Damaging Wind in Utah, July 11 to 13, 2011Thunderstorms formed across northern Utah again on July 13th. One of these storms produced a major flash flood near Tabiona, which resulted in one fatality, while two other deaths occurred due to lightning strikes in the Scofield area and San Rafael Desert.
- Flash Flooding and Heavy Rain in Utah, July 27, 1998Flash flooding killed 2 California hikers in the Narrows of Zion National Park. Flash flooding occurred again on the Canal Canyon Creek just south of Spring City causing even more damage.

- Tornado and Flash Flooding in Utah, June 20 to 21, 2024Very deep tropical moisture associated with the remnants of Tropical Storm Alberto combined with monsoonal moisture was forced through eastern Utah and western Colorado due to a large high pressure ridge over the Central U.S. and a deep low pressure trough over the Great Basin.

- Flash Flood in Utah, August 22, 1997Flash flooding occurred on the East Fork of the Sevier River in Piute county. Just east of Kingston, farmers' hay crops were destroyed. Logging trails in the area were washed out. Mud slides trapped motorists for nearly 10 hours on SR-62.
